In the early ’80s, three young Melbourne girls were on the path to stardom. The first was Young Talent Time regular Dannii Minogue. The second was her older sister Kylie, who shot to fame landing a role in Neighbours, instantly acquiring about 100 million adoring fans.
But what about the third, their younger sister, Erin Minogue? The forgotten sister?
ON A NIGHT LIKE THIS: THE ERIN MINOGUE EXPERIENCE is her story – Erin Minogue, the unremarkable younger sister of Dannii and Kylie. While her sisters built careers for themselves performing, Erin has opened a dance school in Frankston and became the classic third sibling: think Khloe Kardashian, Jamie Lynn Spears, Ali Lohan, Trevor Chappell.
But now – now Erin has HER chance. Tonight. On this very stage, SHE could be so lucky.
A one-hour one-woman contemporary comic cabaret about the ‘nearly-ran’, featuring a swag of classic Kylie and Dannii hits, sung by Erin from her perspective. An eye-opening staged-biopic of an extraordinary life unled, revealing untold insight into a celebrity sibling who never existed, based on an entirely untrue story.
